Refund Policy

Return Window We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items requested for return after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging, with all accessories, inserts, and tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Lu'sToys is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Restocking Fee All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you may choose to receive your refund as:

  • A credit back to your original payment method, or
  • Store credit applied to your Lu'sToys account

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase (subject to the above policy) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window
  • Items that are damaged, used, or not in original packaging
