1. About Lu'sToys These Terms of Service govern your use of lustoys.com, operated by Lu'sToys. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. For questions, contact us at your store email.

2. Eligibility You must be 18 or older to purchase, or have parental consent. Some products are designed for adult collectors and are not suitable for children.

3. Products & Descriptions We strive for accurate product descriptions and images. Colors and packaging may vary slightly. Many items are collectibles intended for display purposes.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are in USD. We accept all major payment methods via Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.

5. Orders & Cancellations Orders are confirmed upon payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers via international carriers. Delivery times vary (typically 7–20 business days). We are not responsible for carrier delays. Tracking is included on all orders.

7. International Orders Customers outside the US are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

8. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Opened collectibles and final sale items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, contact us before shipping any item back. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

9. Intellectual Property All brand names, characters, and trademarks featured on products belong to their respective owners. Lu'sToys makes no claim to third-party intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability Lu'sToys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Lu'sToys operates.

12. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
