Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers We ship using a variety of carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Domestic (United States):

  • Economy: 7–14 business days
  • Standard: 5–10 business days

International:

  • Standard (USPS): 14–30 business days
  • Express (DHL Express): 7–14 business days

International Shipping We ship to customers worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Lu'sToys is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.
